check out this event my friend is throwing... it's going to be epic. raleigh hasn't seen anything like this in a long time, maybe never. it's a blacklight paint party, basically lots of different dj's will be spinning all night, and you wear all black. you are then given squirt containers of blacklight responsive paint and glow paint, and cover yourselves in paint so you become a human glowstick. it sounds lame, but these are HOT in miami right now.

This club is kinda cool but there is nobody here. I guess it's still early, but if it doesn't pick up, I'm going to be pretty upset that I didn't go to Datsik.

It was completely ridiculous. SO bad I actually had a good time (hard to explain, really). Not a lot of people showed, and from what I understand, halfway through the event the people throwing it just left. They stiffed the DJs, the doorman, and the dude selling extra paint. The DJs kept going, but the other people working the event said fuck it and went crazy with a bunch of paint, and really just stopped giving a shit about anything. The entire venue was (and may still be) covered in paint, and I'm sure this will NEVER happen again at this location, or with Savage Entertainment throwing it. That club was FUCKED up.
