Current residents/housemates:
- downstairs bedroom: 28yr old female, full-time student, quiet, clean/neat + 2 medium-sized, friendly dogs
- 1 upstairs bedroom: 21yr old male, works regulary hours, possibly going back to school

Requirements: No smoking, No drugs, No heavy drinking (occasional/social ok, just not staggering drunk). The house is in a nice, family-oriented neighborhood, so no big/loud parties or we will get fined - couple friends on occasion okay but must be curteous to housemates. Sorry, no additional pets in the house (per landlord).
