Last week I got the 2 Light RROD on my Xbox 360. I did some research and tried to fix it myself. I took out the Xclamps and replaced them with nylon and steel washers (per recommendation from a website), I also removed the thermal compound and replaced it with Arctic Silver. After replacing everything I turned it back on, and now it immediately gives me 2 Red Lights instead of before it took one or two minutes. Is there anything else I can do, or just assumed its done for?

You can get the board reflowed for 30 bucks, that's pretty much the last chance fix

Did you just replace it and put it back together or did you overheat it once that was done?

I replaced everything and then put it back together. I tried to turn it back on after, and it went straight to 2 red lights
