anything but scrambled and boiled!!!
although ive never had a poached egg.

my favorite is definitely in a basket, with over easy coming to a close second

a frittata is basically a thick unfolded omelette

[Edited on March 16, 2011 at 4:50 PM. Reason : almost like a crustless quiche in a pan if you will]

Where the fuck did "egg in a basket" come from? The name, I mean...

When I lived in Bath, my former supervisor and I used to hang out and get fucked up and then make these, but we used grilled cheese sammiches. But we called it "egg in a hole"...and we used to sing it like Alice In Chains. Definitely my favorite.

My second favorite is an omelet...with spinach and mushrooms sauteed with a little white wine, whatever breakfast meat I have on hand, and some cheese of some sort (usually including feta).

I actually like all of these. big fan of poached recently, especially with a tomato slice on an english muffin.

deviled is also uber tasty
