How much does the fan vote count?

Nevermind.

Quote :
"Online fan voting is limited to one vote per day. Fan voting carries the weight of one Selection Committee member. Individual votes totaling less than 1% display as 0%. Results will be posted on December 14, 2010."

There are 13 selection committee members, so the fan would count for 1/14. Here are the selection committee members.

Peter Murphy - Chairman
Barry Alvarez - Former Wisconsin head coach and current AD
David Bailiff - Rice head coach
Gary Barnett - Former Colorado and Northwestern head coach
Fisher DeBerry - Former Air Force coach
Dennis Franchione - Former Texas A&M, Alabama, TCU, and New Mexico head coach
June Jones - SMU head coach and former Hawaii head coach
Chuck Knox - Former LA Rams, Seattle Seahawks, and Buffalo Bills head coach
Gary Patterson - TCU head coach
Buddy Pough - South Carolina State head coach
Jackie Sherrill - Former Mississippi State, Texas A&M, Pittsburgh, and Washington State head coach
Dick Tomey - Former San Jose State, Arizona, and Hawaii head coach
Doug Williams - Former Grambling head coach and Super Bowl XXII MVP

Here's the 2007 winner UK's Terry Clayton with the award. I wonder if the school also gets a copy to display like the way a copy of the Heisman is given to both the player and the school.

According to http://www.rudyawards.com/cfra-ballot.htm , the Nebraska and Alabama has 330k and 220k votes, respectively. Other players had around 1k-10k votes.

Yep, that's completely legit.

Yeah I know the 1/14 thing, it just looks skewed to me. And obviously it didn't matter because the Alabama player didn't get jack shit and Mark Herzlich (who really deserved this) was a winner with 345 votes.

So that's it, there are three winners for the Rudy Award and Lemon is one of them?
