Come on man. You want an apartment near campus but not near college kids? And you want it to be cheap? Cheap + near campus = lots of fucking students.

there are plenty around this area. come on man, you know what I mean. I don't u woods/village, etc. there are many others. by "no college kids" I don't literally mean none at all, that's near impossible.

What are you, an arthritic geriatric?

I've lived on the first floor for 2 years and I hate not having a balcony or view, or being able to have my windows and blinds open at night without people walking by and being able to see right in.

I'm moving to the 3rd floor in 2 weeks and I couldn't be happier.
