I need new glasses; haven't had any in about 15 years. What are some of the best deals around? I definitely need to try them on, as I have no earthly idea how the frame sizing needs to go...hence the request for local as opposed to online.

prob like walmart and costco (do they have glasses?) or sam's or something like that. target even (gotta find one with the eye place though). sears also sometimes has good deals.

just go to Walgreens. They have prescription glasses for like $25/pair in various strength. Try them on and see which pair you can see the best in.

zennioptical.com it isn't local, but it's cheap enough that you can order like 10 pairs for what you might pay for one pair locally.

Catch-22 here is that the majority of my refractive error is astigmative, and you can't buy stuff off the shelf that helps there.
