I'll start off


I'm working with a guy on a freelance thing - I'm doing the front end design and development, and he's doing the backend sql stuff. I should have suspected that there was a problem when I noticed that small php functions kept popping up in the root folder. I would dutifully move them to their proper place, but it kept happening. Now there's an entirely flat file structure (aside from what I've created) and every time I mention cleaning up, the guy says "but I'd have to go back and change all of my code...."
