^^^ Obviously you don't need a license to drive...you just need one to not get a DWLR ticket.

It's funny because a good portion of the drivers on the road are driving illegally.

But there isn't really anything the govt can do to stop someone from driving. The act is not a crime per se, it's a revoked privilege. Are you going to lock them up for the rest of their life for driving without a license? I don't think so.

misdemeanors aren't "crimes per se"? they won't lock you up for the rest of your life but they will revoke your license permanently

I found out I was driving illegally - I didn't know that a CDL permit was not a license replacement. Luckily I had my regular license in the glove box so it was kosher. However when I was driving other cars not knowing this information

I drove while my license was revoked without knowing it. I had a speeding ticket back in 05 and another ticket for reckless endangerment on a separate charge a month later (damn those motorcycles). Anyhow, I paid my lawyer $$$ to take care of them and that mother fucker missed one of my court dates without telling me. 6 months later when I tried to get a renewal on my plate I found the discrepancy. I got no official notice either by mail or phone to let me know of this and I knew quite a few others who had similar issues.

Well he got it all fixed and it was a clerical by the City since my last name is Basblahhhhhhhhhhhhhski and I wasn't in the system, but I was still being tracked. Motherfucker got both tickets dropped and I didn't have to pay extra $$$.

Its ok at one of her court dates they are going to throw her in jail (seriously). If she is revoked for DWI she is looking at jail time.

If its just revoked for not paying a ticket or some shit maybe not but if its a DWI she is gonna be in deep shit.

Also how the fuck does she get pulled over that much?
