I must be one of those people who fit in anywhere. I love going to Bada on chill nights, I love going to Times/Landmark and sitting outside, I love going to the Hive and sitting in the shadow of the RBC building and I love going to Saucer and having some awesome craft brews.

Are people really as judgmental as they seem on TWW?

ohhh landmark i forgot about that one

i LOVE their outdoor area. it gets uber crowded, but i really like it.

ugh. i wish i was out right now

and i like all of the places you mentioned except for the hive! i don't think having preferences is a bad thing. i don't really care for the hive. doesn't mean i WON'T go there, though i try to avoid it. and i don't judge my friends that go there for going there.

I haven't been to Landmark in like six months. Finally going tomorrow night I think.

^ Yeah, I parked in the deck near Hive tonight and I was all excited because it looked empty... and of course they had a party and it was closed until 10pm. Assholes.

is it going to be nice out tomorrow? not that it matters cause i can't go out anyway but if it is like ton then i am super jealous

i went to landmark on monday. i forgot about it for awhile but then it got put back into rotation recently. i think because the times is always so crowded on weekends. well, the weather in the winter doesn't really help. things are much better when the crowd can hang out outside too. instead of being squashed inside WITH coats. makes me wanna pass out.

and why hasnt anyone mentioned East Village? They have an actual outdoor seating deck, not a bunch of table and chairs thrown out on a sidewalk "patio"

it's a shame that the one of th nicest patio setups in Raleigh is at PB's...

if i were a restaurant/bar owner i would kill to have an outdoor bar/patio setup like that. Throw some nice plants, seat cushions, accent lighting, etc, that place would be nice.

With the whole no smoking indoors thing you would think more bars would try to add a patio.

Buku doesn't have an awesome draft selection but they have a nice patio.

Player's Retreat? Some decent beer there and a lot of patio seating.
