nothing like a water main or anything. it is sewer work that has been going on during the day for the last couple of weeks and tonight they have decided to work starting at 8pm.
do they have to have a permit to do something like this??? i would think there are standard working hours for this type of construction.

I don't know about raleigh, or durham, or where ever the fuck you live
but I think a lot of cities have ordinances in place saying that unless it's an emergency, you can't be doing noisy work after XXXX hour in a residential zoned place. Like you're thinking though... they might have a permit that excuses them. 2/22/2011 9:25:51 PM |
