Somehow, someone who claims to be from Citi Bank (i don't have ANY accounts with them, nothing at all) claims I have some account issue. I continually get a call from
816-420-4002
on both my cell and WORK number. The message that plays when they call ask that I call back a different number, which I then get connected to someone trying to verify information on my Citi Card (which I explained how I didnt have).

I asked what this was in reference to, and they refused to provide any additional information until I provided them with account "verification"

How can I get this shit to stop?

If it's the same number, you pay $$$ to block it.

If it's not worth it, then don't answer your phone,.

or change your number.

Google the number, it appears to be connected to Citi Bank...and very annoying. Maybe someone stole your identity since its your home and work phone numbers?

It's someone pretending to be Citi, it's not Citi.
