My buddy and I just acquired 2 cats so we're looking to learn more about making some eastern bbq.
Some things I thought of:
Prep before cooking? Cook with rubs, marinades, brines or anything like that? Or just cook it plain and add sauce later? Any sauce tips? How many pounds of cat = people it can feed? Is there a rule of thumb? 2 hours of cooking for a 20 pound cat sound right? Any other tips? 3/24/2011 2:24:34 PM |
