What an ass-kid. But for real, that's pretty awesome.
It just sucks that "that guy" in the front of the room is a 12 year old. 3/26/2011 3:02:07 AM |

I like how the article elaborates on how he is debunking the big bang theory.3/26/2011 9:05:48 AM |

i hate it when people compare young people IQs to old people IQs. age is one of the factors in determining IQ up to a certain point in your life, and so it's really not a good comparison.
if i perform a certain way on the tests at 10, and the exact same way at 12, the results would actually show my IQ decreasing. IQ is a nebulous enough concept as it is, the last thing that needs to happen is people need to get even more incorrect information, which is what happens when these types of comparisons are made. 3/26/2011 7:32:42 PM |

I totally scored 180 on my IQ test in 7th grade.
It was a 4th grade IQ test though. 3/26/2011 8:03:14 PM |

^^ True, but I like their style and layout of their website. I also like the actual print paper, which is usually 100+ pages.
Their science/tech/health sections are one of the best I have ever seen on any news website, usually containing spectacular photo essays and imagery from the natural world and space:
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/index.html http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/index.html
If you click the 2nd link, right at the top you will see these amazing pages:
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-1370219/Technicolour-dream-planet-Earth-youve-seen-it.html http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-1369616/Pictured-The-irritating-grains-pollen-look-like-beautiful-works-art-microscope.html http://www.dailymail.co.uk/home/moslive/article-1369460/Grand-Designs-Kevin-McCloud-10-greatest-architectural-homes.html
Another great thing about their site is the ease of searching and the results you get. For example, search for 'elephant' and you get links to amazing stories with amazing pictures:
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/home/search.html?searchPhrase=elephant
It gives 92 search result pages with links to 20 articles on each page!
Some of the best ones with awesome pictures:

And finally... the best thing perhaps is their extremely descriptive URLS 3/27/2011 5:06:03 PM |
