pretty sure you need to link your steam account to your psn account. furthermore, i think only one version can be played at a time.

I DID Not link my steam account to my PS3 and have no interest using this code. So I cant imagine how it could be linked to my ps3 if I havnt put in any of my information. Am I wrong in assuming this.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think it works like this:

You link your PSN account to Steamworks (in this case someone else's steam account). Then, you are supposedly not allowed to play simultaneously, but the person with the PS3 can simply disconnect from the internet and it should work.
