You walk by and look in, but never walk in unless you're comfortable dropping $100 on kitchen toys 4/22/2011 9:14:18 AM |

I was in a pinch and had to buy some dutch-processed cocoa at Williams & Sonoma.

Stoopid supermarkets and their naturally-processed cocoa. 4/22/2011 10:24:07 AM |

Future reference Harris Teeter had dutch-process cocoa.
Can also substitute it with carob powder or unsweetened cocoa powder plus baking soda. 4/22/2011 10:28:40 AM |

Which HT? I looked in my local HT, called Whole Foods and The Fresh Market. 4/22/2011 10:30:07 AM |

It's called Hershey's Special Dark. I think technically it's a blend but I have used it in recipes calling for dutch-process cocoa 1:1. Every Harris Teeter I've been to carries it. 4/22/2011 10:36:43 AM |

Stuffed hamburger press seems totally unnecessary. All you have to do is make 2 patties and merge them together around whatever you're putting inside the burger.
Also, after making cheese filled burgers several times, I've got to say I like the cheese better on top. 4/22/2011 11:05:40 AM |

I found it at the Harris Teeter. It's definitely a mix--the ingredients say "cocoa; alkali-processed cocoa".4/22/2011 9:03:18 PM |
