what is " net claim if depreciation is recovered " as opposed to " net claim " for insurance.
Am i going to get the net claim value or the net claim if depreciation is recovered value.
I am a little confused with the terminology being used.

i'm not trying to sound like a jerk but without reading the entire policy it's harder for us to say, i actually enjoy reading contracts and doing interpretation so i'd be willing to take a quick informal glance at it but yeah we need more context either way
