I'm looking for someone to unlock a stock radio on a 2006 chevy cobalt. No I don't want to pay the stealership. 7/9/2011 3:05:29 PM |

I don't have the link, but this happened to me on my 2000 camaro once. Just google it, there are instructions on the web. It involves calling some dealership hotline to get a passcode. 7/9/2011 4:10:39 PM |

If you have the manual it should have a number in it. Write it down next time. 7/9/2011 4:27:56 PM |

Thanks. I have the manual. Problem is the display went out on the stock head unit, picked up a cheapy on eBay, but it in says locked. The is no code in the manual. And dealer tells me I have to bring it in and hook it up to aGM tech 2 system? The procedures I found online refer to pre 2005 models. If you any one knows someone with the right equipment I'd like to get a quote on getting the work done. 7/9/2011 7:23:30 PM |
