Looking for someone who wants to share a townhouse or apartment in the West Raleigh or Cary areas with my girlfriend and I.

Haven't nailed down any specific places yet, but I need to be out of my current place by the end of the month.

I could only imagine all the arguments being one sided ( 2 vs 1 ).

Also, would the rent be split 3 ways ?

Utilities ?

I think couples should get their own place to avoid arguments that may arise from these things.

We've been living in a 3 bedroom house with 2 other guys for a year now and haven't had any issues. We keep a pretty low profile..and money is tight. Just putting it out there to see if there is any interest.

I have never met anybody that has "enjoyed" living with a couple. While not all of them had bad things to say(just most of them), they all moved out as soon as the lease was up or sooner.

I couldnt imagine a internet rando roommate would be a good thing for the relationship.

Two people that have jobs should be able to afford a place together

You can get a 1br for $500 a month. If you are too poor for that, no one will want you as roommates.

If you want to get away from apartments and into a house I could understand, but you need to find another couple to live with. Unless you want to live with some creeper guy that enjoys listening to you have sex.

I've lived with a couple and it wasn't bad, but I've heard and seen many horror stories. Like the neighbors that finally got kicked out because the cops were constantly getting called on them for all the fighting.

Unless you move in with friends, you need to be looking for a cheap 1br.

I mean not only do you get to deal with the constant sex, you get to hear constant bedside talk IE how nobody likes him/her or they have no friends or how they love the other 'so fucking much, I don't know what i'd do without you' type of thing.
