I am looking for someone to take over my 1 bedroom and private bathroom at north shore condo on centennial campus.I will pay the person $100 for taking over my lease. The lease will end on May 31, 2012. The rent is $480/month plus utilities, and the deposit is $480. I have two very fun, and laid back roommates. They are both very responsible people, and VERY respectful. My bedroom consist of a remote control ceiling fan, a very spacious closet, a private bathroom including two sinks, one bathtub, and one stand up shower. The location of the house is right on centennial campus. It is a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Wolfline bus stop and Lake raleigh are 5 mins within walking distance. The townhome is 3br/3.5 ba 4 stories, garage, car port, washer/dryer, hard wood floors and nice appliances in the kitchen. The units are awesome and include a balcony off the kitchen/over the car port and on the 4th story.
