I have a room avaliable at Avery Close Apartments.

The room itself is unfurnished and has it's own bathroom. The apartment is set up like a townhouse and there is a kitchen, extra bathroom, and living room downstairs with a washer and dryer in the unit. The downstairs is all furnished.

I need to leave due to a family emergency so I'm willing to pay the base rent of $390 until the end of October. Utilites are extra but my roommate will adjust the utility rate for when you move in.

She's sweet and very laid back, I've had no problems with her.

Max rent you will probably ever pay is $480 but it usually comes up to $460 and is a pretty nice deal. The complex area is pretty quiet.

There is also a wolfine bus stop right next to the complex.
