See, I don't necessarily mind the new changes.

But here's the thing: the new mini-feed of updates would make a LOT more sense if it followed you around the site. That way you could still see the mini-feed items while you were on profile pages or game pages or whatever.

But the only place you can see it is on the main page, which also contains the news feed. So instead of being able to follow updates on pages where you can't see them, the only place you get to follow updates is on the page that already shows you the updates.

The mind boggles.

hearing the bitching every time facebook changes something is really annoying. everyone they've done before has made sense to me, this time it's a little harder to see, but I think i'll come around to it once I get it to show me what I want it to...

by the way, now is a even better time to use those friend lists they made for you, put the people you want to read everything about into one of those lists, and then click the lists on the home page on the left side, and then it's just like old.

I guess conceivably you could put ALL of your friends into one list and have it just like the old live feed, couldn't you? is there a limit on lists?

back in the day when facebook started, i swear the minifeed was THE feed- it was all the information, nothing filtered. it was better then because there were fewer people
