He details building a massive chicken processing plant that never got used(no one there has refrigeration, keeping chickens live is the only way to keep them fresh). Whenever reporters wanted to visit, they would go into the markets and buy 150 chickens to show the machines working for that day, then throw the meat away.

Just like in North Korea, reporters in Iraq/Afghanistan always have minders to make sure the photos are neatly staged.

I'll bet this guy is suicided soon.
