I guess teh arab spring is bad for a party who makes their bread and butter waging war against the evil dictators of the Middle East to Free the citizens of teh land Sell rebuilding contracts to their corporate buddies and get favorable oil trade transactions

The military is in complete control in Egypt. The United States is already giving them a shitload of money with no strings attached(as they increasingly move to repress democracy), just like we did with Mubarak. Syria is approaching a very bloody civil war. It's looking like most of the Arab Spring has failed.
