My laptop overheats during long gaming sessions thanks to the beastly i7. any recommendations on what I should buy to deal with that?

laptop is a 17" envy

asus makes a pretty decent one for uber cheap. Have you tried to underclock it or add ice?

I assume you've already taken canned air to it? Sometimes it's even helpful to take it apart and blow out the cpu/gpu fans, vents, etc.
