The google results look pretty sketch to me.
Take this from a guy who once placed an order with a similar store only to find the arrest report of the domain name owner the next day.
His baby mama refunded my money while he was in the slammer though so it's all good. Then I canceled that credit card.

Looks perfectly legit, give them your SSN and your bank account numbers. Also, you've just won the nigerian lottery, they just need some routing numbers so they can transfer the money into your account.10/23/2011 8:59:22 AM |

They are obviously chinese which means they could actually be selling these shoes that are all made in china. Probably illegal if real but then again theres no safe guard if its a complete scam.10/23/2011 4:45:11 PM |

One time this guy started messaging me on Skype trying to push this site:
http://www.cn-shoppingmall.com/
It was odd. Lots of "brand names". It doesn't load anymore.

Went to school with a dude named Blake Griffin. Don't think he sells counterfeit shoes though, so it's probably not him. 10/23/2011 10:14:57 PM |

^ nice
also, my dad bought a ten-pack of NFL jerseys from a chinese site. We got all ten, and they have the correct patches, but you would never mistake these for a $300 jersey. The stitching is terrible, the color is bad for 3-4 of them, and a couple are pretty decent.
I've heard the knockoff shoes are so bad you can wear them for looks, but wouldn't want to actually play basketball or anything on them. 10/24/2011 2:37:49 AM |

Of course all the middle level brands have their shoes and clothes made in China/Vietnam/Cambodia/etc.
But top-level brands, especially Italian brands, still have their shoes/clothes hand-made in Italy.
True story:
I saw Testoni brand shoes at a department store recently for $2,933, after 50% off (this department store carries $15,000 ladies jackets, $1,000 bedsheets, etc)
The owners are my student's family!

Buying from China is hit-or-miss and you are always better buying from a Chinese vendor through a venue like eBay or some major website with reviews and a track record. A good example is their electronics which all come from Shandong. They produce a TON of cheap, pseudo-Android devices that look exactly like iPads (and even replicate the packaging and the casing precisely), but the quality is unpredictable.
There is a good story I read about a guy doing some study work in China in the Shandong province. He was walking around and saw a 2-story Apple store with the actual signage, logos, and the staff was even had the same nametags as the stores here in the US. The place was packed with customers. He walked in and there were the displays and all the boxes behind glass. When he started taking pictures of the store, he was asked to leave. He came back two days later and the whole store was boarded up. Must have been them 'ger der Mongolreons!' 10/24/2011 9:40:12 AM |
