I am moving out of my Cary apartment and I need a sublet for December to June.

About the House
Its a 2 bed, 2 bath end unit apartment, on the second floor. The apartment is unfurnished, although my current roommate has a couple small pieces. The rent is $846 total, which means about $425 a person. The rent includes water and basic cable. Right now I pay about $515 total in bills, which is rent, digital cable/DVR, power, and renters insurance. I am 100% positive you could bring the bills down to $500, easy.
It is in a nice location, right off of Buck Jones rd. It is close to Crossroads, 440, and I-40.

The Roommie
You would be living with my good friend Kathryn. She is an undergrad majoring in Accounting. She is a full time student and works part time, mainly nights and weekends. She doesn't party much, because she is concentrating on school. She is a big classic rock and movie fan, so if you enjoy either I'm sure you will hit it off. Kathryn is a clean roommate, very kind, funny, and easy to talk to.

The Perks
I am willing to leave my washer and dryer behind for you to have. If you move in the month of December I am willing to pay a small amount of the December rent to sweeten the deal.
