This item is in excellent condition and comes with orginal box from Apple. NO cracks and only a few very minor scratches on the screen that are barely visible (see photos). This phone was received from Apple as a replacement for my original 3GS under the Apple Care protection plan in July of 2011. I'm the ONLY owner of this phone and the battery holds its charge like it did new. I loaded the most up to date iOS 5 before deleting all the content off the phone. Extras include: new Apple ear buds, new black incase slider case ($34.99 in stores), and a black charging dock. Original Apple usb cord and usb wall socket connector will be included as well. The cord is slightly unraveling near the connecter but it works like it did new. Price is firm @ $225.
