So I've got a 2004 Nissan Xterra with 95,000 miles on it. I bought it with 40k miles on it and haven't had a single problem with it. I keep up with oil changes and regular maintenance stuff but I'm wondering if there are any big things I should be looking at now that I've put so many miles on it.

This. If most of your driving has been in-town, then you need to follow the severe schedule, at least for things like automatic transmission fluid. Your spark plugs aren't due to be changed until 110k, but you need to take a look at all the other lubricants besides engine oil.

The 70s were even worse. And even worse than that was points ignition, which usually needed attention every 12k or so. And if you owned an aircooled VW, you were doing valve adjustments every 3k-6k so your engine wouldn't burn a valve.

We got it made now.
