I need someone to take over my lease from January to July 7th. Rent is $599/month. I can move sometime around Christmas if you need a few days before January. Basic cable and water are included. As part of it, I am not looking for a deposit, it will be included in the take over. You have to apply with the complex before you can take it over the lease. Floor plan is below (no fireplace in this unit). PM me is you want more details
