It's becoming apparent that they're one of Carrier IQ's biggest customers for "law enforcement" purposes. No real surprise of course; even the county mounties can log in to verizon.com and track cellphones without a court order these days and American companies have been selling the equipment to hack blackberries to brutal foreign regimes for years.
