Anyone else experiencing any issues with AT&T DSL in the triangle area? I've had 30-50% packet loss (internet is useless) starting this past Saturday. I've called them a few times and apparently there's some sort of "issue" in the 919 area code, though they wouldn't elaborate.
Anyone else have a similar experience? I'm thinking of calling a 3rd time today and not excepting anything short of a tech coming out to our house. 1/3/2012 7:57:55 AM |

Apparently they have restored their service. Missed all the bowl games over the weekend. 1/3/2012 1:50:39 PM |

you should ask for a refund or some sort of credit. Say you are unhappy with the quality of service and you are looking for alternatives. 1/3/2012 3:20:30 PM |

I think I had problems with this myself. I didn't know if it was just some wireless interference in my apartment complex with my new WAP. Just acted weird in downloads and streaming. Not dropped all the way, but bad packet loss could have been the problem.

Yeah, they're going to prorate the days I missed. It was so flaky just loading a text only site like tww or a simple site like the google homepage took 10 minutes of hitting refresh. Very bad and very noticeable. 1/3/2012 8:33:15 PM |
