Hello everyone. We have 1 room available at Lake Park condos. We are on the first floor facing the parking lot. The condo is individually owned and she charges 325 per month. This INCLUDES everything you would want. Own bathroom, room, shared common space. The only thing we are the tenants got on our own was cable/internet which is cheap. All in all I pay less than 350 a month to live in this place. Actually found it on TWW in 2008 and have been here ever since. Anyways we are 3 grad students. Never home during the day as we work 8-5, and grad classes at night/gym. One from VA, one from NC, one from PA. A lot of going out on weekends and people over but not during the week.
