Very convenient to NC State, 8 miles straight shot driving W on 54. I rented the room out in August from the homeowner/landlord and it has been a great place. I just got a job and moved out of state last week. The living room has a flat screen TV and leather couches, kitchen is fully equipped, and the owner is a good person to live with. 30 y/o guy, owns and operates his own business, respectable, and friendly. I'm helping him find another renter for the place. Very nice place. It's a 3Br/2Ba townhouse in a nice subdivision in Cary. Available for rent immediately.
