Stainless steel hard brake lines
New starter and battery installed in 2012 with receipts. Brakes have been replaced all the way around. Mechanically in great shape, body and frame have some rust from road salt (previous owner lived up North)
It does need tailpipes, but is drivable as is. Right now the exhaust is cut off behind the catalytic converters (dual exhaust). ABS has been disabled.

Nice looking truck except for the rust. Road salt is a bitch. If the buyer isn't too concerned with looks though, you could probably go over the affected areas with something like POR-15 and keep it from going any further. 3/12/2012 10:16:47 AM |

While it's not my style, you may want to spend a little cash on some big aftermarket fender flares (like Bushwacker) to hide that fender rust. Tires and lift are sufficient to pull 'em off without looking goofy. My guess is the rust is hindering your sale more than anything. Good luck! 3/19/2012 10:18:33 AM |

I agree, but was just going to leave that up to the buyer. Fender flares or replacement patch panels can fix it and are available. It depends on how much money and time one wants to put in something old, and it didn't bother me enough to spend the $ to fix it. I bought it 5 years ago to go fishing at the beach, tow my boat, and a little off-roading and function was more important than appearance. 3/19/2012 11:16:58 AM |
