Looking to rent a room in a 3 br house on Pear Tree Ln. Durham, NC starting from May.
Me and my brother live there; we're both quiet, work at IBM and looking for a similar roommate. One bedroom for rent, shared bath with my brother. We can share utilities or come up with a standard rate
