I'm trying to get a house in Garner prettied up and fix some issues and would rather look here before Craigslist or AngiesList...

Yard work includes:
- Regular mow/edge lawn/pick up sticks and pinecones
- Naturalize front yard area between trees with pine straw
- Fix grape truss in back yard
- Pull overgrowth and maintain 3 garden beds
- Trim back bushes

House work includes:
- A few bricks are loose from a walkway
- Gutters need love/replacing
- External electrical fixtures need to be removed/fixed
- Few panels of siding need to be replaced
- Fix a few window screens
- Fix and add crawlspace vents
- Refinish hardwood floor, pull/replace old carpets
- Paint interior shelves/doors/rooms, exterior posts


Prices would be negotiable, but looking to have this work done in the next few weeks if possible.
