I have a Co-op outside of Raleigh and need to rent my bedroom in our 4 bedroom apartment for the FALL SEMESTER ONLY (not sure if it's technically a "sublease", "rent", "lease", whatever. Just trying to see if anyone's interested). The room is one of 4 bedrooms, the apt has washer/dryer, internet, kitchen, and a porch. I am living with 3 good guys who I lived with this past year, and I would like to meet you before I rent my room to you. you should probably talk to your landlord first to see if you can actually do this...a lot of places won't let you

or you could just do it under the radar and hope you don't get caught

I know it is kind of late and I am not sure if you still have your room up for rent or not but I am looking for a room I can rent through december.
