I made one the other night with nothing but sauteed shallots and garlic in a dry sherry reduction. and stupidly sharp cheddar and bleu cheese crumbles. holy fuck was it good. 5/19/2012 9:35:54 AM |

I almost came when I ate it. I also like using such whites as Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc. Cleaner, crisper, and not as powerful. I love creating omelettes with just about anything. 5/19/2012 9:41:29 AM |

Kind of jonesing for garlic, shallots, spinach, mushrooms, and some cubed zucchini sauteed in butter...with a dash of white wine. and some feta. 5/19/2012 9:55:06 AM |

fuck that fancy stuff
just make sure and give me ham and cheese
otherwise, maybe some onions or bacon, though strips of bacon on the side is fine 7/10/2012 11:16:27 PM |

i ordered a trois fromage quiche in france
when my order came up 15 euro, i was curious. it should have been 5.
they misunderstood my awful french - i had ordered 3 cheese quiches, instead of the 3-cheese quiche.
but i ate one and gave the others to some street people outside, so i felt OK with it.
