the frame is twisted (corkscrewed) and needs to be straightened, and I need the tongue welded on. it's pretty much a rolling accident waiting to happen, but it's all I've got. Needs some basic electrical work too which I'm planning on doing but if it can get thrown in to the deal on the cheap I'm game

it's a 12' metal trailer with wood slats and a ramp on the end

I mean if I have to I'll chain it to a tree and straighten it with a come-along but I'd rather a professional do it. It's not terrible, more interested in the wiring and tongue welding, but I'm busy and would just like to knock it all out at once

not sure, it's my dad's trailer but I'm using it for a project. thing is a frankenstein, the tongue is bolted/clamped on but it makes me nervous and I'd rather it be welded

but if it is gonna be a lot of work, you might be better off replacing it. This is 6'x12'? Enclosed? I see things like this at the auction all the time but they aren't worth saving usually. Anyhow Daniels will check it out and tell you if it is worth the trouble or not, but you will need to take it down there somehow.

For the electrical it's just easier to buy a new wiring kit that comes with lights, wires, etc. Old wiring gets brittle, contacts inside the lights get corrosion, etc. $20-$40 for a full kit depending on which one you buy at Northern Tool and it's a super quick install.

Anybody have info on pull behind Grills. Like registering it and get tags for it.

my buddy want to take his to the Kickoff game in Atlanta at the end of the month.

we are mounting lights on it now at least. It's mounted on a axle and not on a trailer.

^pretty sure you just go to the DMV and tell them you need to register a homemade trailer; they'll ask some questions, give you a form, and then you have to go visit the SHP for an inspection (they'll check safety stuff - lights, tag location, etc.) and sign-off on the form. Then you take that back to the DMV and get a tag and registration card for it. At least that's how I remember doing it.
