My roommates are trying to sublease their 2 rooms. There are no others in the 4 bedroom apartment right now so it would just be the 2 people who sublease. It is at Campus Crossings, very close to campus and has its own bus running to campus. Very nice, clean apartment with all appliances including washer/dryer. Pets are allowed. One room would be $480 a month and the other is $505 a month. Just because of a different time signing leases. It is a pool view apartment so that is why it may be a little more. Couch can be provided if needed. First floor, close to the office and gym/tanning. You can move in August 1st. Water will be included.

Move in can now be as soon as July 23. We have found somewhere else to live and as soon as we find 2 subleasers we can move out.

Well right now we are just looking for anyone to move in. You just take over our lease. One room had rent dropped to $495 now instead of $505 also. And the lease is for one year but if you needed less than that you could sublease again when you had to leave.
