We have a 4 bedroom house with a room for rent. There are a few males and a female all in their 20’s, and we’re looking for another roommate (male or female). We work 9 to 5 jobs, so it’s pretty low key during the week. There are 3 dogs who are very easy to get along with. We normally have people over, and sometimes it gets a little messy, but we clean very regularly. Every now and then (every couple months or so) we’ll have a party. We'd like to find someone on here before we take a CraigsList roommate.
It is near the Tryon and Lake Wheeler intersection (Trailwood Hills off Lineberry). Rent is $430/month + utilities (usually under $100/person). You only need to furnish your bedroom, the rest is furnished. Rent is month-to-month with 90 days notice to move out. $500 security deposit. You can move in as early as August 1st.
