What's that movie where they combine two stable liquids to form a compound that explodes on impact? In the movie the guy puts the two liquids on a paper clip, then throws it in the police department and the one tiny drop blows up and a chair goes flying.

I think that was Die Hard with a Vengeance. Not 100% sure, but I remember seeing that scene recently and thought how unnecessary that was to demonstrate how that particular explosive worked.

Guess it was a look audience... this is important in the final scene of the movie so it must be S P E L L E D out for you now.

i'll probably remember this movie in about 10 minutes, but what's the movie where the hero puts guys in prison, but then ends up having to go to prison as well. The prisoners riot and several of them (one a midget) go after the hero. The hero ends up using a saw to chop off the forearms of one of the prisoners that attack him.

I've been wondering about this one for a while, and don't really care about it other than it annoys me that I can't remember.

Kiddie movie that must have been out early 90s or so. At the end, there's a magic apple on a pedestal under a big glass jar, and a witch? goes to grab it, but the jar comes down on her arm and traps her, and she dies maybe?

could be way off, but that's the image I remember. any ideas?
