I've got an elderly lady who has a MacBook Air that needs some software and configuration work. It could potentially turn into a regular training thing, as she needs lots help learning how to use it (she's used to Windows). I'd say $40-$60/hour would be a good rate to charge.

I was the in home agent for Geek Squad for about 7 years until I "retired" from that.
I'd be willing to help her. Did many trainings especially for mac. Sometimes, configurations just need to be done to help her do exactly what she wants to do on the computer...etc.
