I don't know how cheap you are looking for, or what you need it to do, but i got a Peragon cover on my s-10 that i'll recommend if you go brand-new route. I think something like 700 bucks shipped with all the options brand new, and it is lockable, retractable, removable in about 30 secs, and almost watertight. http://www.peragon.com
