Bought this for when I bought my house in January but ended up replacing the old unit with another standard unit in an emergency. Natural gas rinnai unit (best tankless makers) rated at 7.5 gpm which in this area means you could have three showers going at once with our warmer ground temps. Unit is brand new in box, box has not been opened and still has the straps around it.
Asking $900 which is about $100 less than your find it online and $100 less than I paid for it. I'd return it but it has been way too long 10/3/2012 7:49:18 PM |

I have a Rinnai tankless water heater. They are one of the better brands out there; or they were when I bought mine at least. Good upgrade if this one meets your flow requirements.

In light of ^^^ I'd take $800 I guess, but I'm not losing any more on a heater I never even opened. Gonna post it on CL and see if I can get $900

just fyi, if you have hard water, need to install a soft filter otherwise you could muck up the tankless water heater much faster than normal and its not covered under warranty. 10/5/2012 9:31:13 AM |
