Anyone picked it up. I know all it is a remastered version of Doom 3 including The Resurrection of Evil and I think 5 or 6 new levels. Oh and Doom 1 & 2. Just trying to decide if it's worth picking up? 360 or PS3?

Unless you are a huge fan, I'd pass.

I won't be getting it. I hear it's glitchy as hell. Installing the game gives you errors when accessing bonus content, doom 1 and 2 are remastered terribly; some sound tracks are missing, music volume isn't balance with ingame sound effects, etc.

The original Doom 1, 2, Ultimate doom, etc, were all awesome. The series went downhill with Doom 3, imo.

I'll get it when the oculus rift consumer version releases. I think I'll buy any game that supports it.

I (more than) love Doom.


But based on what I've heard about this, I think I'll pass. I'd rather play Serious Sam: BFE at this stage.

Do yourself a favor and download Doom/Doom2 .wads, zDoom, then get Oblige.

It randomly generates doom maps. I made one on a higher difficulty and it took 4 hours to finish. JUST ONE LEVEL.
