Across the street from my apartment is a bank which has apparently contracted someone to do their landscaping at 1 in the morning. Obviously this is annoying and disruptive of my and my son's sleep patterns (otherwise I'd be sleeping and not posting this). What should/can I do about this, if anything?

Movie theatre on Blue Ridge used to do this until residents complained to the cops. They don't do it anymore.

I could be wrong, but I thought there was a city wide ordinance on commercial lawn care that didn't allow them to start any sooner than 6 am, and not go past dark.
