Saw this earlier, and I thought it was amazing.
This computer is based around Dekatron tubes. I found and played with a couple way back in the day (they're perhaps about the rarest vintage computing swag there is) and the idea of an entire system built around them is mind boggling. Dekatron tubes count from 1 to 10, so this machine uses decimal mathematics rather than binary . . . . it does multiplication and division the same way we would on paper.
