Seeking roommate to help fill a 2 bedroom, 1 full bathroom house. Hardwood Floors. Remodeled Kitchen. New heating/ac system. Fenced in backyard, charming neighborhood. VERY good landlords, as I have known them on a personal basis, and they might be the nicest people I have met in real life.

I will be moving in around mid-december and hope to find someone for january

I have had some crazy lady roommates in the past. Not really trying to repeat that.

The place is not creepy, except for the attic/unfinished basement. Definitely has both heat and AC and fans in both bedrooms.

I don't need security. My pitbull dog takes care of that. I would LOVE a roommate who was hardly there. That seems like the best of both worlds to me.

I am pretty sure he was serious. an average house in that area only going for 279 to half a mil is terrible. Not a good area but at the same time depends on who you are.

yeah, some of the houses only have 2 bedrooms, it doesn't seem terrible to me that they are going for those prices. Additionally, following the amount of houses sold each year, the numbers have remained pretty steady.
